**Responsibilities**:

- Handling requirements from US-based clients.
- Sourcing from various US Job Portals, including but not limited to Monster, Dice, Careerbuilder, Indeed, and LinkedIn
- Responsible for working on contract to hire & contractual position.
- Responsible for meeting quality, TAT, and coverage SLA's

Qualifications and skills:

- 3 years minimum of recruitment experience
- Willing to work in US time
- Willing to work in a vast outbound calling environment
- Must have prior experience in working in a target-oriented environment
- Must have a working device (Laptop, or Desktop, Headset/earphones with microphone, and web camera)
- Must have a reliable internet connection

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Php30,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
