JOB DETAILS:Company Profile:This is a Shared Services company that was establish year 2010 that provides services in medical legal, business to business, etc.Position: Senior General AccountantIndustry: Shared ServicesSalary: NegotiableLocation: Quezon CitySchedule: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM | Weekends offJob Responsibilities:Responsible for supporting the group reporting of the legal entities under the control of the team, the R2R Analyst is expected to be the business partner for business units.Responsible for coordinating the resolution of accounting issues and ensuring that the global processes for General /Product /Book Fixed Assets and Project Accounting are met.Responsible for all aspects of accounting for sets of books as assigned.Accountable for ensuring that all aspects of accounting are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or any courseMinimum 4-7 years of experience in general accounting (journal entry preparation; balance sheet reconciliation; general ledger maintainance; trial balance analysis; closing accounting books)Must be proficient in English both spoken and writtenExperience in major enterprise accounting system such as PeopleSoft is a plus but not a requirementMust have at least intermediate knowledge in MS Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, etc.)Must have strong knowledge in accounting reconciliations
