Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for supporting the group reporting of the legal entities under the control of the team, the R2R Analyst is expected to be the business partner for business units.
• Responsible for coordinating the resolution of accounting issues and ensuring that the global processes for General /Product /Book Fixed Assets and Project Accounting are met.
• Responsible for all aspects of accounting for sets of books as assigned.
• Accountable for ensuring that all aspects of accounting are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or any course
• Minimum 4-7 years of experience in general accounting (journal entry preparation; balance sheet reconciliation; general ledger maintainance; trial balance analysis; closing accounting books)
• Must be proficient in English both spoken and written
• Experience in major enterprise accounting system such as PeopleSoft is a plus but not a requirement
• Must have at least intermediate knowledge in MS Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, etc.)
• Must have strong knowledge in accounting reconciliations
Must be open to extending working hours
