Urgent: Sales Specialist

**JOB OBJECTIVE**:
This position shall be in-charge for various sales activities such as meeting the Sales Objective, Meeting sales targets and performing related sales works in the assigned territory.
This will include maintenance of current client accounts, client meetings, client identification and resource increase to meet sales targets in the given territory.
In some cases there is expected expertise to conduct product presentations, client search, business meetings with prospective clients.
The position will also require collaborative efforts with other departments such as the Marketing Team, Brand Strategists and Technical Team for the implementation of sales activities and to ensure 100% customer satisfaction

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1.
MEET 100% YTD and MTD Sales targets for the Territory.
2.
Increase product mix per client by offering more than 3 products ( form the company's core products) per client.
3.
Understand, collaborate, Assist and execute related marketing plans to achieve company & individual target.
4.
Initiate activities and programs to increase client sales in the assigned territory.
5.
Manage various existing accounts and maintain continuous client relationship

6.
Conducts regular customer visits based on a 5 client visit per day required cadence.
7.
Develop new clients within the assigned territories thru saturations and market research.
8.
Oversees total market performance of the company's products in the assigned territories.
9.
Constant coordination with brand strategists, marketing, technical and other departments in serving the customer requirements and in making sure of 100% customer satisfaction rating.
10.
Conducts weekly collections and make follow-ups on payments.
11.
In charge of all uncollected client receivables in coordination with the accounting department.
12.
Accomplish daily updates, weekly and monthly reports.
Timeliness of reports especially for the weekly sales meetings is a must.
13.
Pursue NEW client leads (Other than those assigned at the time of onboarding) build strong relationships with potential and new clients

Supports the sales team in closing new Key Accounts for Curve Coffee through coffee presentation / demo.
15.
Perform other functions and assignments that the Management may assign.
**Basic Requirements & Competencies**:
Ø Graduate of any business course, preferably, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Marketing, Food Technology and etc.
Ø Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment

Ø Trustworthy, performer and goal-oriented, who can work independently

Ø Strong interpersonal skills

Ø Excellent promotional and negotiation skills

Ø Conversant in both spoken and written English.
