**MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Analyzing data
- Data entry
- Site audits and thorough documentation
- Research competitors and reporting findings to the COO
- Weekly and monthly reporting of data
- Monitoring pacing across the lodging sector of the company
**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**:
**Hard skills**:
- MS Office Proficient
- G-Suite Proficient
- Familiarity with modern database and information system technologies
- Excellent typing skills
**Soft skills**:
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Confident communicator
- Ability to contribute individually without daily guidance
- Ability to complete milestones and work toward deadlines
- Daily Reporting cadence met with report submitted to management team at the end of each day worked - metrics will be laid out prior
- Major ability to document
**Qualifications**:
- 5+ years experience in data analysis, management, organization and business development

**Salary**: Php18,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
