· With at least 2 year(s) of solid work experience in the same position for BPO – Call Center Industry· Ability to build strategic working relationships, to facilitate agreement with internal and external partners
· Good and strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills· Highly creative and innovative
· Have good interpersonal skills and strong organizational skills
· Willing to work on shifting hours· Willing to work in Commonwealth, Q.C.
