Position: Mandarin HR Admin
Location: McKinley, Taguig City
Industry: Multinational Consulting IT Company
Salary: P 80,000– P 90,000 (It depends on the profile)
Schedule: Dayshift

Requirements:
• Proficient in Mandarin and English Language
• Preferably Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• Preferably with work experience in BPO industry
• Human Resource related experience is an advantage

Responsibilities:
• Answer calls/ email/chat and help employees concern
• Responsible for navigating Employee’s profile
• Produce the HR letter / documentations for Client’s employees
• Cooperate with Client’s HR team members on more complex HR queries
• Escalate the Workday work items to the appropriate party, if required
