Position: Mandarin CSR (Forex Account)

Requirements:
• Open for Chinese Nationals and other nationalities located here in the Philippines
• Can Process Working Visa
• Excellent in speaking Mandarin
• Conversational to Excellent in speaking English
• Bachelor’s Degree/ 2 years Degree in any related fields
• With related work experience is an advantage but not required
• With at least 1-2 years working experience in any industry is and advantage
• Knowledgeable in computer applications/ Microsoft and Excel

Responsibilities:
• Responsible to resolve queries of the customers through call, e-mail and chat regarding Foreign Exchange history
• Maintain up to date knowledge and assimilates quickly to new programs
• Manage and process for all customer related issues
• Properly answer questions regarding the account being handled
