• Proficient in speaking, reading and writing Mandarin and English
• With a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Law or any related field
• Knowledge of legal requirements involved with contracts is a huge advantage
• Related experience as a Contract Admin is a plus
• Must be able to read and translate files in Mandarin to English
• Must be amenable to work on the given schedule
DUTIES:
• Translating files/contracts from Mandarin to English
• Review and update existing contracts
• Ensure that employees understand and comply with company contracts
• Analyze potential risks involved with specific contract terms
• Stay up-to-date with legislative changes and coordinate with the legal department as needed
• Ensure all deadlines and conditions described on contracts are met (e.g. payments and shippings)
• Maintain organized system of physical and digital records
