We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled IT Staff member to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and problem-solving, with a strong ability to manage various IT tasks, from supporting the network infrastructure to providing helpdesk assistance to staff.
As an IT Staff member, you will be responsible for maintaining the company's IT systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring smooth operation across all departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Network & Systems Management: Monitor and maintain the company's network and computer systems.
Helpdesk Support: Provide technical support and assistance to employees, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
Installation & Configuration: Set up new hardware and software, ensuring proper configuration and functionality.
Security: Assist with cybersecurity initiatives, such as monitoring systems for vulnerabilities and ensuring compliance with security protocols.
Troubleshooting: Respond to technical issues and resolve them in a timely manner, escalating when necessary.
Software & Hardware Maintenance: Perform routine system updates, backups, and maintenance on computer hardware and software.
Documentation: Maintain clear documentation for troubleshooting procedures, IT infrastructure, and inventory management.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to understand IT needs and implement technology solutions to improve workflows.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in IT support, troubleshooting, and network management.
Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and office productivity tools.
Experience with networking protocols and hardware.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical staff.
Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices is a plus.
