Urgent I Internal Security I Clark, Pampanga

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assists Security Head with planning, organizing and coordinating all security policies, protocols and procedures to make sure they are current and implemented on a regular basis.
Identifies security problems and develops solutions in coordination with management.
Ensures security for all classified information held on company premises.
Adhere to all appearance and uniform standards.
Recruit, train and supervise security officers and guards
Attend meetings with other managers to determine operational needs
Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events
Coordinate staff when responding to emergencies and alarms
Review reports on incidents and breaches
Investigate and resolve issues
Create reports for management on security status
Other duties as assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:Education in security administration or its equivalence.
Proven experience as security personnel or similar position
Experience using relevant technology and equipment (e.g. CCTV)
Experience in reporting and emergency response planning
Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures
Demonstrated effective verbal/written communication skills required for interacting with all levels of personnel both internal and external to the organization
Willing to work in Clark, Pampanga.

Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: Php14,000.00 to Php15,000.00 /monthExperience:customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
