0-3 years experience in MIS report generation
Excel - pivot tables, vlookup, formulas, etc.
Good communication skills
Amenable to work in Mon-Fri rotational shifts (fixed weekends off)
Knowledge in Risk Management and compliance within IT Infrastructure experience is a plus
Partner with end users to understand their needs and collect data inputs.
Create both internal and client-facing reports.
Produce and maintain dashboards for different departments.
Investigate Data Quality gaps, if checks showing consistent gaps.
Complete monthly scorecards.
