Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree – Business Administration/Management, Information Management, Information Technology and related course
• 0-3 years of MIS report generation experience
• Strong background working with Excel: pivot tables, vlookup, formulas, etc.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong interpersonal skills
• A blend of analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, and reporting acumen
• Ability to work in rotational shifts (24/5 support)
• Flexible and responsive to changing business needs
• Self-starter, ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and deliver solid action-oriented results quickly
• Hardware, Networks, and Infrastructure experience is an advantage but not mandatory
Responsibilities
• Perform Data quality checks on Hardware data
• Create both internal and client-facing reports
• Produce and maintain dashboards for different departments
• Investigate Data Quality gaps, if checks showing consistent gaps
• Complete monthly scorecards
