Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with financial inquiries via various communication channels.
- Provide accurate information regarding financial products and services.
- Handle concerns related to financial transactions and accounts.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective problem resolution.
Qualifications:
- Graduate or at least a 3rd-year college undergraduate in a Financial-related course.
- Any financial experience in a non-BPO setting (e.g., Sun Life Advisor, Collections Agent, Bank Employee).
- Candidates with Financial CCE experience are preferred.
- Must be willing to work on-site in McKinley.
- Available to start on March 16.
