1.
Remind customers of overdue loans by telephone, urge and guide them to repay in time;

Communicate with customers regarding the compliance, and inform customers of repayment amount, method, time and other information related;
3.
Keep record of customer information in our system in time, update and supplement customer information in a timely manner to ensure information validity and accuracy;
4.
Follow the instructions of the supervisor to reach the team and individual performance goals;
5.
Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
**Recruitment requirements**:
1.
High school / secondary school or above is required;
2.
Good communication and coordination skills;
3.
Positive, with good professional ethics and team spirit;
4.
Hard-working and down-to-earth;
5.
Follow the instructions of the supervisor, make sure to strictly follow work ethics;
6.
Sales experience and banks call center customer service experience preferred;
