Urgent Assistant Accounting Manager

*Willing to work in PASAY
- At least 1 year of working experience in the same related field
- Knowledgeable in any computerized accounting system
- Has the ability to prioritize own workload with limited supervision
- High sense on data analysis & has the ability to work & communicate with management on resolutions of issues or decision making
- Analytical & detailed-oriented

Job Descriptions:

- Performing routine accounting & bookkeeping including but not limited to accounts payable & receivable journal entries, monthly reports & financial statement preparation
- Resolving discrepancies & open cases, if any
- Audits financial & operational activities across the organization
- Overseeing daily transactions ( e.g.
accounts payable /receivable, bank reconciliations, general ledger )
- Manage month -end & year -end closing
- Organize financial data into use-able information & maintain updated records
- Track the progress of financial & accounting objectives
- Monitor & analyzing accounting data & produce financial reports or statements
- Improve system & procedures & initiate corrective actions
- Meet financial accounting objectives
- Perform task given by the immediate head

**Salary**: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month

- Day shift
