Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or related field.
- Preferably 1-3 years equivalent of work experience in IT Industry
- Knowledgeable of market research, sales and negotiating principles
- Knowledgeable in CRM software (eg.
Salesforce) is a plus

- Responsible for managing a client book and proactively reaching out to ensure client satisfaction and retention while continuously hunting and closing new business.
- Making cold calls or reaching out to prospects.
- Following up with prospects several times throughout the entire sales cycle to ensure needs are being met.
- Presenting and demonstrating the valueof products and services to prospective buyers.
- Compiling and analyzing data to find trends.
- Providing professional after-sales support.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal.
- Developing sales strategies and setting quotas.
- Staying current on company offerings and industry trends.
- Maintaining a database of contact information.
- Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience.
- Handling and responding to complaints and resolve issues aimingto client contentment and the preservation of the company's reputation.
