Job Description:
Recruit, build, and manage a team of Financial Advisors Conduct training to Financial Advisors to ensure and maintain high levels of productivity Perform sales activities through joint field work with Financial Advisors Develop various business segments Attend trainings of the branch and corporate office to enhance leadership and management skills Uphold the brand image and ensure compliance with all internal as well as external regulations WHAT WE OFFER:


Monthly performance-based income potential of 80,000 – 250,000+ (variable) Commission from the sales production of Financial Advisors Performance-based bonuses including:

Leadership experience in supervisory or managerial capacity of at least 2 years College graduate preferably of marketing, business administration, or other business related courses Specialized training in managing human resources, hiring, and recruitment Sales background is an advantage Confident with good communication and presentation skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented and result-oriented.
