Job Description:
Objective (Purpose of the Job): To expedite our time-to-market of Development Process, no depend on Marketing Team anymore. To increase the productivity of the DEV Team in regards to the design UI and UX, which related to the Digital Initiatives: Online, Paperless, and Mobile Work Relations with others: He/she will collaborate with the DEV Team to perform the Agile Development. He/she will establish the UI/UX Standard to be implemented across the Dev Team. He/she will also coordinate with other related Departments (eg. Marketing, etc) in accomplishing his/her tasks in UI/UX. Responsibilities: Proven UX/UI experience with a strong portfolio and demonstrable UX/UI design skills Solid experience in creating wire-frames, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design and wire-framing tools Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process Minimum Qualifications:
He/she has proven track record in developing and designing UI/UX, And have the ability to mplement it into the applications. Not only Graphic Designers. 4 years more experiences with the proven track and portfolios related to UI/UX Designers. UI/UX Web Design HTML/CSS/jQUery/JavaScript Familiar with Node.JS and Bootstrap are the plus point. Fluency in English.
