Ui/Ux / Graphics Designer

The candidate's primary duties will include the following:Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers to create a clean and elegant UI while maintaining an intuitive and concise UX.
Design UI mocks, site flows, wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes
Participate actively in discussions, presentations and decisions about UI/UX.
Perpetually demonstrate expertise UI/UX design both in discussion and practice.
Design and manage style guidelines between mobile and desktop
Conversion Optimization and A/B testing using A/B testing platforms Qualifications:
At least 3 years of web and mobile design experience
At least 3 years of graphics design with frontend development experience
At least 3 years of UI/UX information architecture and responsive design experience
Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user experience
Experience in web development tools such as PHP, MySQL, and Wordpress
Strong background in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JQuery, and Javascript
Highly proficient with designing & prototyping tools such as Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator are necessary
Experience on popular tools like Optimizely, Sketch, and etcetera
Experience in any JavaScript Platform including AngularJS, ReactJS, or VanillaJS will be a plus
Excellent written and spoken English
The ability to adapt to a diverse and multicultural environment Shift: 5AM - 2PM
The UI/UX / Graphics Designer will work across web application and mobile apps on multiple platforms and capable of producing stunning, user-centric web/mobile interfaces.
