**Role Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform RCA and analysis
- Manage and provide direction day to day security operations
- Identify, assess and resolve complex issues/problems within own area of responsibility
- Resolve L2 incidents/requests
- Create internal procedural standards relating to support role as required
- Validation of scan configuration
- Review the customized scan report and verify the accuracy and correctness of data
- Management of license/IP Subscription
- Coordinate with Qualys vendor support for any unresolved issues/incidents
- Customization of report based on the requirement of the client
- Publish the report to the client
**Qualifications**:
- At least 3 yrs of experience in Threat Vulnerability Management
- At least 3 yrs of experience performing penetration testing and risk assessments against computer network
- At least 3 yrs of experience in Information Technology setup
- Incident and problem management skills
- In-depth knowledge on different security and frameworks
- Incident and Problem Management skills

- CIS, COBIT, ISO 17799 & 27001, NIST SP800-53, ITIL V2, HIPAA, FFIEC, NERC-CIP, PCI-DSS, CIS, OWASP

- Active Directory
- Performance monitoring, logs and alerts
- Network Fundamentals
