Job Description:
In-charge in the usage of character generator/graphics system, video switcher, video camera, studio lights and other equipment related to TV operation. Records and edits audio and video materials for on-air use. Maintains correctness of spelling, context, graphics look before an on-air operation. Adjusts and sets the cameras inside the Anchor’s booth. Acts as outside Broadcast Technician Performs on the spot troubleshooting and repair of Engineering equipment. Maintains and primes studio equipment for Inquirer 990 television. Installs new/ additional broadcast equipment inside the video and Anchor’s booth. Ensures that the studio is on the air and in good broadcast quality. Willing to be assigned on any shift depending on the demand for work. Reports to supervisors all untoward incidents, machine/equipment malfunctions, and all “out-of-normal” happenings/events. Ensures upkeep of all video camera, video and editing equipment and accountable for their damage and loss. Performs other tasks which may be assigned by the immediate superior. Minimum Qualifications:
College graduate, preferably Electronics and Communications Engineering At least with 1-year experience in Digital TV Operations Computer Skills, Communication Skills, Editing Software Skills, Photography Skills Knowledgeable in Television Broadcast Equipments
