Examples of Diesel Mechanic skills
5+ years' experience as a Diesel Mechanic
Strong experience in Truck Head Heavy Equipment (Japanese Trucks such as; Isuzu, Mitsubishi Fuzo, Hino, Nissan, UD etc.)
Must have Fleet Trucks or Head trucks experience (up to 9 tonnes)
Must possess a valid driver's license
Excellent reading, writing skills and English communication skills.
must have experience in air con as well
ASE Diesel Certification an asset

Truck Head Mechanic (Diesel Mechanic responsibilities):
Perform minor and major repairs on trucks and trailers
Conduct regular preventative maintenance on service trucks, including inspection, tire rotation and oil changes
Maintain parts inventory and cleanliness in the shop
Collaborate with repair team to diagnose problems with vehicles and plan repairs
Perform regular diagnostic tests on trucks
Maintain accurate records of each repair performed on vehicles

Flat hourly rate 45/ hour, 38 hours per week
