MANAGE FOREX/REMITTANCE COUNTER

Checkif all Forex Counters are manned at all times & work schedules areregularly reviewed; that long queues are minimized
MANAGE FOREX FUND

Checkif Foreign Exchange Fund & Dollar Remit Fund is properly accounted &reconciled daily system-generated reports; manage the timely replenishment ofForex & Remittance Fund; Sort & safekeep different currencies fordeposit
SUPERVISE SM FOREX SYSTEM & ALL REMITTANCEAPPLICATIONS & CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS / CONCERNS

Overseethe proper usage of Forex System & all Remittance applications; Handle& resolve escalated customer queries
SUPERVISE SM FOREX SYSTEM & ALL REMITTANCE

Overseethe proper usage of Forex System & all Remittance applications; Handle& resolve escalated customer queries
MANAGE SAFETY & SECURITY OF OPERATIONS

Checkthat cash movements are properly coordinated with the Security Office; ensurethat user ID & passwords are kept confidential; Implement compliance toAnti-Money Laundering Law & BSP RegulationsSales
OVERSEEDAY-TO-DAY OPERATIONS:Administer thedaily performance of tasks related to sales collections, bills payment &customer service products

MANAGE LOOSE CHANGE FUND

Maintainthe availability of coins & bills & make sure that all are properlyaccounted for
ACCOUNT SALES COLLECTION

Checkwhether actual cash & checks turned over by Treasury Assistant tally withthe turnover report & are deposited intact; ensure that confirmation ofchecks is handled properly
MONITOR TREASURY ACCOUNTABILITIES

MonitorPCF, OR/AR & all ILCs & make sure items are kept & disposal is inaccordance with established procedures
MONITOR STOCKS LEVELS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE PRODUCTS

Ensurethat all Customer Service products are well-stocked, properly monitored,recorded in the system; conduct inventory regularlyQualifications
Candidate mustpossess at least a Bachelor’s /College Degree in Banking and Finance, FinancialManagement or any 4 year business-related course
Knowledge ofcounterfeit detection and basic banking transactions is an advantage
Trustworthy,detail-oriented
Flexible to beassigned to work schedules supporting the retail operational hours
Willing to beassigned inThe SM Store GRAND CENTRAL
