Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the smooth operations of collections and disbursements, ensuring proper documentation in compliance to Accounting and regulatory requirements
Manages and ensures the adequacy of working capital of the companies
Manages cash flows on a day-to-day basis, ensuring adequacy of cash vis-à-vis disbursement requirements
Manages all bank accounts
Liaison with the banks on cash management facilities as well as on loans and credit matters
Responsible for bank relationships
Negotiates and reviews loan agreements, cash management agreements and other bank arrangements
Coordinates with Accounting Heads to ensure proper accounting and reconciliation of bank accounts, loans payables and debt servicing

Job Qualification:
Licensed CPA, preferred but not compulsory
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
Minimum 10-years relevant experience in the bank, particularly on bank Credit Department
Experienced in working with multiple legal entities under different legal umbrellas
Good management and interpersonal skills
Familiarity in the use of accounting systems
Updated knowledge on electronic banking and collections and payment systems
Updated knowledge on the banking industry.
