Treasury Assistant

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Issuance of Official Receipt to clients
- Responsible for daily Collection
- Deposit Daily Collections to the bank
- Prepares daily collection report
- Responsible in safeguarding/safekeeping of collections after banking cut-off time.
- Prepares monthly collection report, inventory of used and unused Official Receipts, movements of fund, cancelled checks and returned checks.
- Receives Vouchers Payable and prepares Check and Check Voucher.
- Summary of Cash Receipt Book
- Summary of Check Voucher
- Handles working fund
- Perform other duties as may be prescribed by the immediate superiors.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Must be willing to work in Quezon City.
- 1 full-time position available.
Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
