Treasury Assistant Responsibilities:

Maintain financial records, manage money, and help manage cash flow.
Maintain financial records, including budget preparation, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
Manage money, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation.
Be methodical.
Keep a clear record every time you receive or pay out money.
Do not rely on memory to write it up later.
Clear records will help you to keep track of money and ensure that, for example, you have collected all the subs or have not paid a bill twice.
Executive Secretary Responsibilities:

An Executive Secretary maintains the executive's agenda, plans appointments and meetings, attends meetings and takes minutes, handles phone calls, manages correspondence, arranges travel, maintains records, and assists in various administrative tasks.
Job Qualifications: Any 4-year Business Course.
Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
