Treasury Assistant

Job Description:
Responsible for administrative support for the Treasury Services group. In-charge of organizing, dispensing and other data managing functions. Oversees basic financial and accounting tasks. Prepares monthly invoices, organizes incoming bills, receipts, and other related paper works for bookkeeping. Provides high-quality service. Manages highly confidential documentation relating to the department's function. Minimum Qualifications:
A graduate of any Finance or Business Course Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply With relevant working experience is a plus Excellent communication and presentation skills Excellent writing skills Proficient in MS Office applications Compressed work week (9am-730pm)
