Overview

Our Customer Service Representatives and Technical Support Representatives are vital members of our company.
You will field customer inquiries and provide solutions that help create excellent customer experiences.
You will have the chance to work in a highly collaborative and engaging environment that provides dynamic interactions with different cultures as well as opportunities to grow your potential and develop your career.
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service through active listening
- Work with confidential customer information in a secure manner
- Aim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive
- Appropriately and adequately communicate with customers

**Qualifications**:

- Filipino citizen or with equivalent legal status
- Proven oral and written English communication skills
- Strong logic and problem-solving skills
- Availability to work in various shifts
- Skill in using Windows operating systems
- Organization and work prioritization skills
- Must Have 1 yr GDS experience
- Willing to work onsite at Fairview Terraces Quezon City

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Php20,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
