Customer Service for Transportation Network Account
You are responsible for providing high quality customer service via calls platform and efficiently finding resolutions in solving inquiries.
Salary Package: PhP 17,000 - PhP 19,000
Requirements:
For Fresh graduates & vocational graduates (2 years) with 6 months of call center experience
If undergraduate, must have completed 2 years in college (no back subjects) with at least 6 months of call center experience
Good communications skills
Basic computer and internet navigation skills
Willing to work at TELUS Mckinley WEST
Amenable to work in shifting schedules
Has NBI clearance and SSS document & Valid ID's
Can start ASAP

Step 2 - HRI Final Interview (30 minutes - Onsite)
Step 3 - Online Examination & Account Specific Exam (1 hour - Onsite) - No Versant or Berlitz on the assessments but it has a short Verbal Assessment on the system.
Step 4 - Final Operations Interview (30 Mins - Onsite)
Step 5 - HR Orientation and Contract Signing (2 Hours - Onsite)
