Daily reviews vehicle requests and plans routes efficiently;
- Informs, coordinates and dispatches drivers based on transportation needs;
- Update service vehicle database;
- Records and accommodates drivers and passengers concerns;
- Reviews drivers' logs and approves gas & toll reimbursement requests;
- Performs transportation expenses analysis;
- Performs other tasks assigned by Immediate Superior from time to time.
**Job Qualifications**
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Office Management or equivalent
- With excellent communication, time management & planning skills;
- Possess analytical and critical-thinking;
- Process improvement-oriented and Results-driven;
- Possesses utmost professionalism and integrity.
- Can work with mínimal supervision;
