Reviews and ensures strict compliance to the Training Quality Standards

Reviews, monitors and ensures timely update of the monitoring tools and terminal reports following prescribed standards and deadlines

Reviews, monitors, and prepares report on participants' attendance and program completion based on curriculum and ensure timely submission to imeediate superior.

Collates data, analyzes, prepares the Post Program Evaluation Results report and submits to immediate superior.

Reviews and ensures accurate maintenance and timely update of the individual Employee Training File, presentation materials, records, and documents of the unit.

Gathers data, prepares and submits the calendar of programs for the year to immediate superior.

Facilitates the various training interventions and programs for new and existing employees under operations:

Onboarding program for new hires

Product knowledge for new hires

Process refresher course- 2x a year for existing employees

Revalida, Learning Needs Analysis, Continuous Capability Development Program

Annual Sales Boot Camp (Sales Kick-off)

Reviews and updates training materials as needed.
