Designs and conceptualizes training modules

Conducts sales training

Conduct inventory on the training needs of the work force

Plan and organize seminars, team buildings and other employee engagement activities of the company

Other tasks that may be assigned by the management

Minimum QualificationsGraduate of any four year course

At least three (3) years supervisory experience in sales training in direct selling;

Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills;

Strong analytical and planning skills;

Creative and flexible;

Team player and adaptable;

Excellent problem-solving skills;

Willing to travel;

Can start immediately
