Job Description:
Implement TNA using TNA tools; gather data & consolidate results Design & develop training activities & courses in the JD Fundamentals Curricula Facilitate Values Workshop for Supervisors & Staff Compute cost of training courses or activity in the JD Fundamentals Curricula Facilitate training programs for Officers, Supervisors & R/F employees; execute follow-through activities Customize training modules & activities to meet business-specific needs Implement activities to build & strengthen teamwork Coordinate & implement training related to branch opening Prepare reports; monitor & maintain equipment & supplies Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s /College Degree Excellent communications and presentation skills Has knowledge of and experience in the Training Cycle At least 3 years of work experience in Training and Development Preferably in a Supervisor role/level Flexible to be assigned to work schedules supporting the retail operational hours Willing to be assigned in The SM Store Molino
