Training Specialist

Executive recruitment Monroe Consulting Group is seeking for a Training Specialist (Digital Imaging) on behalf of a premium consumer electronics company who will provide trainings and workshops related to digital imaging thru promoters and salesman.
The role will directly report to the Training Manager.
The job is based in BGC, Taguig City with hybrid setup.
**Job Functions**:

- Provides Trainings thru Promoters, Agency Trainers, Dealers and Salesmen.
- Provides Training support thru store visits/bite-size training/coaching
- Generate Training materials and Training related reports
- Liaise with MarComm/Mktg/Sales for Events/Workshop and Exhibit support
- Schedule Trainings/Workshops and other related activities
- Host Livestreaming Workshops and Trainings

**Job Requirements**:

- With at least 2 years experience in facilitating product trainings esp.
in digital imaging is required
- Proficient in MS Office / Editing Software
- Must have background and interest in technology especially cameras
- Must have knowledge in photography/videography/editing

**Salary**: Up to Php40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
