Conduct product specific training
Evaluates trainees’ performance by the use of assessments
Composition, revision, publication of training modules.
Conducting of training needs analysis for agents that are currently in production that bears impact on their performance in terms of product knowledge, process updates, and other client mandated training directives.

Must be of legal working of age

Must be amenable to work under shifting schedules
Must be amenable to work in Quezon City (near Libis; along C5)
