Training Officer

**Assist supervisors in making training plans and collection and assessment of training needs of different departments training and follow-up on feedback after training.
**
- **Responsible for contacting training institutes to arrange for external training.
**
- **Evaluate training performance and provide training evaluation reports.
**
- **Provide employee training information, collect training reports and summarize the report**

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in various fields Related.
- At least 2 years of work experience in the field of training.
Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary

- Taguig City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
