Training Manager

Evaluate needs of company and plan training programs accordingly.
Selects or develops training aids, including training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials, and reference works.
Train employees that will groom them to next step of their career path
Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes
Conduct continuous research studies on new course materials and training procedures to develop
and improve existing training data and methods.
Consult with Managers to determine training needs and schedule arrangements, training policies
and procedures.
Conduct training sessions and obtain the services and assistance of training specialists when courses and training procedures are of a specialized or advanced nature
Plan the implementation and facilitation of activities and events, budget spending, material production and distribution, and other resources to ensure that operations are managed within authorized budgets
Bachelor's Degree in Education/Teaching/Training/Electronics and Communications Engineering, Human Resource Management, Humanities/Liberal Arts, Mass Communication, Marketing, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent
Audio, Video and electronics knowledge is an advantage
At least five (5) years of working experience in related field
Ability to determine training objectives.
Sound decision making and organizational skills
Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
Ability to design, develop, implement, and evaluate training plans, curricula, and methodology.
Organizing and coordinating skills.
Willing to do field work: in and outside Metro Manila
Fluent in speaking his/her own dialect
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to do training presentations
Excellent problem solving skills
