Training Development Associate

We are looking for a Training Development Associate to join Toyota Motor Philippines Corporation based in our Head Office in Santa Rosa, Laguna.
A Training Development Associate is a member of the Dealer Training and Development Department who oversees, develop, and facilitate timely training programs to our business partners to ensure the quality of service and business transactions to our customers.
You will be entrusted to develop and implement training programs to business partners coming from our dealer network nationwide.
In this role, you will also be assigned to monitor the performance of our dealer operations to efficiently develop and facilitate training programs, supplementary materials, and activities to engage our partners in continuously improving all dealer operations.
You will be given opportunity to explore different training strategies and platforms by conducting research and simulations to develop new training activities and further improve our established training programs and processes.
Your role and responsibilities:Develop training modules and skills inventory.
Develop training materials and activities.
Improve / Update established training programs to ensure the relevance and quality of the program.
Facilitate trainings.
Oversee all training logistics.
Coordinate with business partners to gather information and identify the support needed.
Monitor dealer sales and operations performance.
Our perfect match:You have a bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science, Education, Business Management, Economics, or any Engineering course .
