Job Description
Facilitate online cascades and in-person training sessions
Coordinate the development, delivery, and evaluation of employee learning and development activities.
Ensures the preparation of all training requirements before the conduct of the training program (budget, memo, training materials, handouts, certificate of attendance, venue, food, and accommodation).
WORK LOCATION: CHINO ROCES AVENUE, MAKATI CITY
Qualification
Graduate of BS Psychology or equivalent
At least 6months - 1year of working experience in the RETAIL OR FOOD AND BEVERAGE INDUSTRY is highly preferred
FRESH GRADUATE encourage to apply
Efficient in MS Office
Strong analytical, verbal/ written communication, and interpersonal skills
