Training And Development Associate

Conduct job evaluation, annual training and development needs analysis
- Coordinate with line managers and interview employees to identify and assess training and development needs
- Conduct, deliver and oversee the training of individuals
- Provide progress report on conducted trainings and employee progress/development plans
- Supervise and monitor progress made via training programs
- Ensure required training programs are met and attended by the employees
- Design and assess training programs
- Plan and implement metric-based training programs and modifies as needed
- Exemplify the desired learning culture and philosophies of the company
- Works effectively as a team member with other members and leaders of the organization

**Qualifications**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
- Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.
- Ability to design and implement effective training and development.
