**QUALIFICATION STANDARDS**:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in any course (i.e.
in Gender Studies, Mass Communications, Public Relations, Social Sciences, and other related courses)
- Experience: 1 year of related work experience
- Training: 4 hours of relevant training

- Knowledge in the guidelines and execution of RA 7192, Section 36 of RA 9710, EO 273, and PCW-NEDA- DBM Joint Circular No.
2012-01
- Good networking and research skills

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
- Assists in the preparations, documentation, and information dissemination relevant to gender issues and the women enterprises project;
- Assists in proposing plans to create awareness on gender advocacies, programs, and practices among employees and partner communities;
- Supports the monitoring, analysis, and reporting of programs on gender mainstreaming by ensuring the collection of relevant baseline information and formulating gender sensitive indicators;
- Identifies training needs and organizes trainings on gender mainstreaming for the Project Affected Families;
- Provides research outputs and advice to the GAD committee with regard to technical issues on advocacy and gender mainstreaming in projects; and
- Performs other related functions as may be assigned from time to time.
