Job Overview:
The Training Administrator Assistant is responsible for registering new hires for classes, facilitating new
hire trainings, as well as all applicable development/ company trainings.
CXP Training Officers provide, coordinate, and consolidate all necessary data to deliver training in a timely and accurate manner following stakeholder requirements and company standards.
Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities:
- Ensure that access for system and tools needed by the trainee is ready before the system and tools training
phase
working
- Maintains training records (e.g., trainee lists, schedules, attendance sheets)
- Escalates training issues when appropriate
- Submits reports on training activities and results
- Assist in checking recruitment and training assessments examination
- Monitors and tracks cascade/training completion
- Assist the team in gathering data for surveys and assessments
- Delivers excellent customer service and communication
- Builds and maintains fruitful, beneficial relationships horizontally and vertically across organization
- Performs other related job duties as required

Qualifications:
- At least 2 years college level preferably Psychology or any IT related course with one to two years of
experience in Training under Human Resources or BPO set-up
- Background in training operations and/or adult learning is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to be a productive team member that has skills on multi-tasking, prioritization, and meeting timelines
on deliverables
- Self-starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressure
- Ability to foster a sense of professionalism and relationship building for self and team
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
**Salary**: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Pasig City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Administrative Assistant: 1 year (preferred)
