TRAINER
**Responsibilities**:
- Educate and entice promoters, front liners & OICs about products and special promos
through regular training sessions **Ensure all promoters, both existing and newly-hired, are regularly updated with all product knowledge and special promo mechanics**
- Provide training and coaching to employees who need follow through in terms of achieving sell-out targets
- Submit comprehensive, accurate and timely reports that will help in monitoring the performance of promotersQualifications:
- Experience in telecommunications / mobile technology or retail industry handling well-known mobile brands is a plus but not a requirement
- With excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
- With advanced knowledge in MS Office and advanced skill in MS Excel (V-Lookup, Pivot, IF formulas, etc)
- Willing to travel and do fieldwork
- Will Handle Tarlac City & Aurora Province Area
**Salary**: Php15,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
