Trainer

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to proactively acknowledging alerts on circuit outages, opening trouble tickets, contacting customers, as well as opening tickets with LECs and troubleshoot advanced product or service issues, including but not limited to DS1 transport, PRI / CAS / FXS telephony, and DNS with proper escalation as necessary to achieve optimal trouble resolution times
- At least 2 years of experience in telecom, tech support, networking, or hardware, such as switches, routers, hubs, phone systems (PBX/CBX), Cisco, or Juniper
- 2 years experience in Training new agents on a Classroom Setup
- Must have experience as a Trainer for a Technical VOIP Account
