Trail & Area Manager

Trail Managers are in charge of the overall management of designated project sites & trails within Masungi Georeserve in pursuance to its vision-mission to be a top geotourism destination in Asia through environmental conservation, education and sustainable development.

The Trail Manager is expected to lead all field operations in coordination with the Overall Project Manager. This particular opening is for the Legacy Trail & Masungi Geopark project. This includes:

- Supervising and monitoring team members as they perform their operating checklists for reforestation, maintenance (facilities, trail, and landscaping) and service excellence delivery
- Leading experience design and service excellence quality on the Legacy Trail for guests
- Together with the Learning & Development Officer & Human Resource Officer, leading and performing training, well-being and development initiatives for community members being integrated into the project
- Conducting community relations with attention to environmental education
- Other important tasks he or she may be assigned to by the Project Manager

The Masungi Georeserve is an environment protection project, with a goal to promote sustainability, conservation, and education. Our BHAG is to form part of a UNESCO Geopark. Currently, the area has an effective conservation plan supported by an geotourism plan. The project site is in Baras, Rizal, but the project assistant will report for work in the Quezon City office.
