DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Budget Management:
? Actively participate in the management of the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation
? Event Coordination:
? Lead the coordination efforts to secure the marketing calendar of events with retailers.
? Proactively engage with retail buyers and the marketing department to align upcoming events/projects with the company's strategic objectives.
? Marketing Materials:
? Spearhead the creation and publication of up-to-date promotional materials, collaborating closely with account managers and retail clients.
? Collaboration:
? Facilitate seamless collaboration with graphic artists, print providers, corporate giveaway providers, photographer/videographer, bloggers/influencers, and other agencies.
? Business Proposals:
? Take the lead in creating comprehensive business proposals, including project costing and mockup designs, ensuring alignment with the needs and expectations of clients or buyers.
? Event Execution:
? Play a key role in the meticulous execution of décor for events and retail planograms, ensuring a visually compelling representation of the brand.
? Promotions and Proposals:
? Lead implementation of marketing promos in supermarkets, developing innovative mechanics and compelling proposals to drive engagement.
? Analysis:
? Conduct in-depth analysis of sampling report results, online ad campaigns, and projects/events, providing valuable insights for continuous improvement.
? Catalog Management:
? Take ownership of updating the company's product catalog/kit for account managers, ensuring accuracy and relevance to market trends.
? Online Activities:
? Manage day-to-day online activities, including customer inquiries, complaints, feedback, and the regular update of information on social media ads and the company website.
? Market Research:
? Oversee external vendors, competitors, and the introduction of new products, services, and promos.
Gather data on consumer research and behavior to inform strategic decision-making.
? Training and Orientation:
? Lead the coordination and execution of yearly product orientation sessions for clients, samplers, merchandisers, and existing retail establishments and their staff.
? Client Presentations:
? Take an active role in ideation and the presentation of the product line to potential customers and existing distributors, ensuring a compelling and persuasive delivery.
? Event Oversight:
? Provide oversight for marketing events/support for clients, including quarterly store openings, anniversaries, and membership events, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact.
