Details of the offer

Directly communicates with client's concerns and expectations.
Monitor delivery of shipment until fulfilment and coordinates with internal and external audit.
Assist in trace / investigation for any non service performance.
Communicate with shipper/consignee regarding shipping matter.
Coordinate with Agents re pick-up activity such as shipper, address and other pertinent shipping instruction and ensure agent’s timely pick-up prior closing time
Graduate of Bachelor's/College Degree in Business studies /Administration /Management or equivalent.
With working experience in the related field is required for this position.
