Position: Thai Financial Care Associate (PIONEER) Account: Financial Account

Requirements:
• Native or Non-Native Thai
• Proficient in Thai and English Language
• At least 2 years in College
• BPO experience is a big plus
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook

Responsibilities:
• Responsible in coordinating with Thai speaking clients
• Attend and respond to customer financial queries
• Maintain accurate data on customer information
• Ensure quality customer service is delivered at all times
• Escalate unresolved issues as necessary
