Job Description:
Handle incoming calls from Thai and English customers Resolve customer concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner Able to empathize with customers and offer creative solutions Perform reservation of vehicles, handle trip rescheduling or cancellation and explain to customers the company policy on the use of vehicles Minimum Qualifications:
At least 18 years old (no maximum age limit) Filipino or Thailand nationals (Visa to be processed by employer) High school graduates / College graduate or undergraduate Computer literate Proficient in both Thai and English languages (written and spoken) Willing to work on early Dayshift schedule (2:30am to 11:30am) Amenable to work in Ortigas, Mandaluyong (near EDSA) SALARY & PERKS OF THE JOB:

Basic salary plus language premium P100,000
